For many of us there never seems to be enough hours in the day to get done what we would like to have done by the time we are heading to bed, this ever increasing demand on our lives can place more strain on our interpersonal relationships than we realise.

Making sure we are touching base with support structures such as family and friends can help us to ground our self and keep a level perspective on what is important in the long run.

Often we hear that old addage, “when I’m old and grey, I’ll never be wishing I spent more time at work, rather I’ll be wishing I spent more time with friends and familiy” make the change today so you don’t regret choices you made earlier in your life.
